The sailing ship Royal Helena was completely new built in 2009 on a very professional and costly way. The ship is based in Varna, Bulgaria, with the Black Sea as main operating area. Istanbul, the Sea of Marmara and the Eastern Mediterranean is not far away.

Royal Helena is especially designed for sail training and can accommodate up to 47 trainees. For long term cruises the ship would also be available in international waters.
With her comfortable interior and huge deck area the ship could also be used for corporate hospitality with a day/evening sail capacity of up to 100 passengers.
Royal Helena is carrying 3 masts with proud 1.000 square meters sail area on 16 sails. The type of rigging is from a barquentine, a combination of square sails and fore and aft sails. Once the ship is under full sail a real sailing adventure is granted.
