If you want to book more than 10 passengers you can request a discount. The ship can also be booked exclusively for groups up to 140 passengers, with prices on request.

Can participate at all sailing cruises for free, but please request this at your booking in advance.
VAT:
All prices mentioned are including VAT.

Welcome drink:
All prices mentioned are including a welcome drink, a glass of champagne or prosecco and for children or adults that prefere a non-alcoholic drink, a glass of orange juice or any other soft drink.
Ship’s catering:
Drinks and meals are available on board, but is not included in the ticket price.
Bordshop:
In our bordshop we offer a wide range of caps, trousers, shirts, blouses, polo hirts, T-shirts, postcards and many other products all with the sail plan of the Mercedes on it.
Sailor’s knots:
For small sailors there will be held a knot course on the main deck.
Seats on board:
A sailing ship is not a regular cruising ship where a seat for every passenger is provided. In the restaurant below deck there are 50 seats available. In the lounge on deck level there are 16 seats available and on the main deck there are approximately 70 seats available. In case you need a seat because of physical reasons please contact the crew.
Wind and weather:
Unfavourable weather conditions, shipping accidents or circumstances which might endanger the safety of crew and ship could cause the captain to change both cruise destinations and ports of embarkation and disembarkation, to interrupt the cruise, to undertake repairs, to return early as well as to postpone until suitable the times of sailing into harbour or setting sail. In such a case a reimbursement of the costs by the organizer or withholding of payment by you as a general rule would not be possible. If the cruise is cancelled by the representative before the start because of the aforementioned reasons, any costs already paid will be refunded. Further legal rights by mutual agreement are regarded as excluded. In case of Act of God the risk rests with the charterer.
Minimum number of participants:
In case the number of passengers booked in below 30, we have the right to cancel the cruise and the ticket price will be refunded.
